Srinath Gururajarao

Srinath Gururajarao has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and leadership roles. Srinath is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Simple Energy since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Member - Academic Council at Dr.Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology starting from May 2023.

Before their current roles, Srinath worked at NexAEI as the Vice President and CHRO from January 2017 to June 2022. During their tenure, they were responsible for designing and deploying advanced employee engagement interfaces and developing and implementing people strategies in line with future practices.

Srinath also worked as the Vice President and CHRO at Nexval Group from June 2016 to June 2022, where they were involved in various HR initiatives such as organization design, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.

In addition, Srinath has held HR leadership positions at Sindhu Cargo Services Ltd., Theorem Inc, Tulip Telecom, Capgemini, Srei BNP Paribas, and Tech Mahindra, where they have gained experience in areas such as HR strategy, recruitment, engagement, learning and development, and process improvement.

Srinath Gururajarao has a diverse education history. Srinath first attended BEL Pre University College from 1992 to 1994. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration from an undisclosed institution, studying from 1994 to 1997. Srinath continued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from another undisclosed institution, studying from 1997 to 1999.

Additionally, Srinath has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include "Creating a Skills-Based Organization" and "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2023, as well as "Managing Stress for Positive Change" from LinkedIn, obtained in July 2020. Other certifications include "Design Led Strategy: Design Thinking for Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship" from the University of Sydney in June 2020, "Developing Executive Presence" from LinkedIn in October 2019, "Digital Transformation" from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in October 2019, and "The Science of Well Being" from Yale University in October 2019. Prior certifications include "Content Marketing" from HubSpot Academy in May 2019, "China Studies 'Xi's China'" from The Takshashila Institution in December 2018, and "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits" and "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn in July 2018.

Srinath has also obtained certifications in various other subjects, including "Organisational Analysis" from Stanford University in May 2017, "Managing the Company of the Future" from the London Business School in April 2017, "Managing Social & Human Capital" from the University of Pennsylvania in February 2017, and "People Analytics" from the University of Pennsylvania in December 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Leadership in 21st Century Organizations" from the Copenhagen Business School in November 2016, "Sales Strategies: Mastering the Selling Process" from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in November 2016, "Design Thinking for Innovation" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in September 2016, and "Global Diplomacy – Diplomacy in the Modern World" from the University of London in September 2016.

Lastly, Srinath obtained the "High Impact Presenter" certification from Dale Carnegie in April 2009.
