Brian Bellingan

Brian Bellingan has worked in the restaurant industry since 2007. Their career began at Strada Restaurants, where they held the role of Group Manager from 2007 to 2013. Brian then moved to Benito's Hat, where they served as Head of Operations from 2013 to 2015. After this, they held the role of Operations Manager at Byron from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they took on the role of Operations at Chilango, as well as Consultant & Project Manager at Ennismore. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Director of Operations at SIMPLE Health Kitchen.

Brian Bellingan has attended Stellenbosch University.
