Ewelina Szczepanik

Ewelina Szczepanik has worked in the hospitality industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked for Tossed in various roles, including General Store Manager at Clerkenwell Central London, Sheldon Square Paddington, Leicester Square London, and Team Leader at Westfield Shopping Centre. Ewelina also worked as a Team Member at Westfield, Sheldon Square, and Baker Street. In 2013, they worked as a Head of Server at SAMA and as a Food Server/Table Server at Megan's Restaurants. From 2014 to 2015, they were the General Store Manager at Harris + Hoole and then the Head of Operation General Manager at Simple Health Kitchen.

Ewelina Szczepanik obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from the Elbląska Uczelnia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna between 2003 and 2006, studying Socjal pedagogy. Ewelina then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Pedagogy from the Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie between 2006 and 2010, and a Master's degree in Journalism from the Uniwersytet Gdański between 2006 and 2009. In addition, Ewelina Szczepanik has obtained certifications in Slips and trips, Chemicals, FOOD HANDLERS ESSENTIAL FOOD HYGIENE, Fire training, First Aid, Food Allergies, Health and Safety at work, and Manual handling from Food Alert.
