Andrey Volk is currently the Product CRM Lead at Simple App since September 2022. Prior to this role, Andrey held the position of Director Customer Relationship Management at CRM Agency "DM Basis" from March 2021 to August 2022. Before that, Andrey was the Head of CRM at Mail.ru Group from October 2019 to March 2021 and a CRM manager at ADCOME LABS from August 2017 to September 2019. Andrey holds a specialist diploma in Engineering in Applied Informatics in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Гуманитарно-Социальный институт.
