Colleen Cauley

Colleen Cauley, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Colleen is currently serving as the Deputy Director of the People Team at Simple Technology Solutions since December 2022.

Prior to their current role, Colleen worked at Vysnova Partners, Inc. where they held various positions including Talent Acquisition Manager from May 2021 to December 2022, Human Resources Generalist from September 2018 to May 2021, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer from January 2018 to September 2018.

Before joining Vysnova Partners, Inc., Colleen worked as a Sourcing Specialist at The Betis Group from December 2015 to January 2018. Colleen also served as the PhaseCore National Sales Manager at First Line Technology from April 2015 to November 2015.

Colleen's earlier work experience includes roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Market Development Manager from September 2014 to April 2015, at AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant from April 2013 to September 2014, at Tosca Ristorante as an Assistant Pastry Chef from February 2011 to April 2013, and at CakeLove as a Shift Manager/Baker from February 2010 to February 2011.

Additionally, Colleen has served in the U.S. Army as a Cryptologic Korean Linguist from September 2004 to April 2007.

Colleen Cauley, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. Colleen obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Korean Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Colleen also completed an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef from Stratford University.

In 2014, Colleen enrolled in Strayer University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Additionally, in the same year, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs at American Military University.

Colleen Cauley further enhanced their professional credentials by obtaining the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2020.
