Aaron Kilinski

Aaron Kilinski, Principal and Chief Technologist, is a multi-disciplined and energetic innovator committed to delivering business results that leverage cutting-edge ideas and state-of-the-art technology to STS. He brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Solution Architecture, Systems Engineering, Data Visualization, and Big Data Analytics. Passionate about solutions architecture and continuous innovation, Aaron is adept at building teams and driving results in complex and chaotic environments.

Prior to STS, Aaron was part of several large-scale organizations, including Bechtel, Accenture, and TSA, where he was responsible for the development and deployment of new business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, and case management systems.

An avid and passionate supporter of natural spaces and the environment, Aaron founded the National Park Seminary-Glen Restoration Program. The program is a multi-year coordinated set of projects intended to restore the Forest Glen at the National Park Seminary.

Aaron is an alumnus of the Center for Creative Leadership and earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is certified in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Services, and Amazon AWS. He currently holds all five certifications for Amazon AWS and maintains the following Government Clearances: DOD Top Secret, ICE/USCIS/TSA Public Trust – 6C.
