Shaunvir Sidhu

Shaunvir Sidhu is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in venture capital and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a New Venture Partner at Simple Ventures since October 2023, Shaunvir focuses on ideation and advancing businesses from concept to market. Previous roles include Business Development at The Kanwood Test Project, where Shaunvir developed growth strategies for start-ups, and Freelance Consultant, providing strategic insights to over 75 clients, including notable projects for TwoSigma and Film and Video Association of Alberta. Additional experience includes leadership roles at inovia capital, where Shaunvir opened a new office, co-founding Room Partners Inc., and analytical roles at McKinsey & Company and Morgan Stanley. Shaunvir holds dual degrees from Ivey Business School and Western University in Honours Business Administration and Electrical Engineering, respectively.
