Joseph Hilliard

Joseph Hilliard has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Joseph began their career in 2004 at Office Depot as a Store Manager in Training and Assistant Store Manager. In 2012, they moved to TitleMax as a General Manager, where they closed new loan accounts daily and excelled at developing customer retention strategies to drive traffic. In 2013, they joined Rite Aid Online Pharmacy as a Store Manager, where they tracked and entered all aspects of the business acumen to impact EBITDA. Later that same year, they joined C Spire as a Commercial Account Manager and Market Manager/Account Manager. In 2020, they moved to Mercury Communication Services as a Sr. Account Manager, where they were responsible for the overall sales growth of the company by selling to small and medium businesses. Joseph also joined Mercury Managed Services as a Sr. Account Manager. Currently, Joseph Hilliard is a Senior Account Executive at SimpleFiber Communications.

Joseph Hilliard attended Jackson State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Prior to that, they attended Hinds Community College from 2001 to 2006, where they earned an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics.
