Juan H. Pujol

Juan H. Pujol has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1982, they worked as the Vice President and Head of the Merger & Acquisitions Group at Lloyds International Corporation, where they also started the Swaps Group. From 1979 to 1981, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at Bankers Trust. In 1988, they founded JHP Enterprises, LLC, a specialized merchant banking and advisory firm based in New York and Barcelona, where they provided strategic consulting services to businesses. In 1998, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer of J. Michael Bloom, Inc., and from 1999 to 2004, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Element 119, LLC. In 2007, they were the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Michael Bianco Inc., where they successfully executed the company's restructuring and sale. In 2014, they co-founded Alternative E Management Partners, a platform focused on acquiring alternative energy assets in Spain. From 2016 onwards, they have held various roles at SimpleLab, Inc., including Chairman and CFO, overseeing finance, human resources, and legal operations. Juan H. also served as Chairman of the Board at PAQ Wallet starting in 2022. Additionally, they have been a member of the Board of Directors at Grupo Pos Movil since 2019.
