Saman Farid

Saman Farid is the Director at SimpleMachines. Saman was previously with Baidu Ventures and Comet Labs where they were a Managing Partner/Founder. Saman has also been the Director of the Silicon Valley office for Legend Star.

Saman Farid completed a Bachelor of Engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, with a focus in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Saman then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration at both Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tsinghua University.
