Milagros Abelenda

Milagros Abelenda is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently, Milagros serves as a Senior Lawyer at TotalEnergies since July 2025 and as Head of Legal at Simplestate since March 2024, providing strategic legal advice and ensuring compliance across various business aspects. Previously, Milagros held the position of Head of Legal at Aper from September 2021 to March 2024 and worked as a Senior Associate at Marval, O' Farrell & Mairal from December 2005 to September 2021. Milagros holds a Postgraduate Degree in Oil and Gas from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by a law degree from the same institution.
