Rocío Freijo

Rocío Freijo has a diverse work experience. Currently, they work at Simplestate as a Customer Care Analyst Semi-Senior, where they are responsible for complementing the CX area and implementing processes and tools to improve customer satisfaction levels. Prior to this role, they also worked as a Customer Care Analyst in the same company, focusing on implementing the Customer Service area and managing queries and complaints from users. Rocío has also worked at TeLoCreo as a Content Manager, where they were responsible for planning and creating creative content. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Accounts at SUR Comunicación, an Auxiliary Communications at Frontiers Travel, and a Press Operations Assistant at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires.
