Ann Gratz

Ann Gratz has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Ann currently works as the Director of Talent Acquisition at SimpleTire since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at SimpleTire from January 2021 to October 2022. Before joining SimpleTire, Ann worked at Blue Nile as the Sr. Director of Talent from August 2017 to June 2019. Ann also has experience as a Managing Director at Centerstone Executive Search & Consulting from July 2016 to July 2018. Ann's earlier career includes a role as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at David's Bridal from October 2002 to May 2016, where they were responsible for leading talent management and overall people strategy. Ann started their career as a Partner at Helstrom Turner & Associates, which was later acquired by Korn Ferry Intl.

Ann Gratz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Religious Studies from Loyola Marymount University. Ann has also studied Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services at Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, they have attended UC Santa Barbara, although their field of study there is unknown.
