Christa Gochenaur

Christa Gochenaur, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Christa is currently the Director of Human Resources at Simplex Trading LLC. Previously, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Globowl, contributing to the development of their people strategy and talent acquisition. Christa also held the position of VP, Talent Strategy at Beyond Finance, where they focused on enhancing the employee life-cycle and promoting a remote work culture. Prior to that, they were the Sr Director of Talent at Health IQ and the Director of HR at GoHealth, where they played key roles in talent acquisition and business growth. Christa has also worked at CNA Insurance, CNO/Bankers Life, TransUnion, and TEKsystems in various HR roles.

Christa Gochenaur, SPHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Western Illinois University. Christa obtained their SPHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2012. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications including Rippling Certified: Payroll Administration from Rippling in July 2023 and CPSP from Plan Sponsor Council of America in March 2023.
