Erica Elliot

Erica Elliot is the Senior Talent Manager at Simplicity Consulting. Erica has been with the company since October 2014 and has been in their current role since May 2016. Prior to joining Simplicity Consulting, they were a Senior Recruiter with Greythorn from July 2010 to March 2013. In their role at Simplicity Consulting, Erica is responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent for the company. Erica is also responsible for ensuring that all of the company's consultants are expert marketers who are able to hit the ground running and deliver results on time and on budget.
