Currently serving as Partner and Director of Advisor Business Development at Simplicity Group, Bob leads a team focused on helping financial advisors navigate growth challenges. Previous roles include Vice President at Ascensus, Senior Vice President Operations at both United Retirement Plan Consultants and ICS Merrill, and Principal at Z6 Ventures LLC, among others. Bob has a strong track record of improving operational processes and implementing strategic initiatives across diverse business environments.
