Frances Arns

Frances Arns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and business design, currently serving as Associate Director at Deloitte since April 2021, where responsibilities include guiding private sector clients on sustainability integration and enhancing organizational sustainability for for-purpose clients. Frances has also held various leadership roles, including Manager and Senior Consultant in Customer Strategy & Design at Deloitte, and as Executive Director of RainbowYOUTH, where strategic direction and operational management were key focus areas. Additionally, Frances serves as a Board Trustee for Simplicity Charitable Trust, supporting strategic giving efforts. Previous experience includes a Corporate Strategy Analyst role at ASB Bank and participation in the ASB graduate programme. Frances holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management from The University of Auckland, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainable & Inclusive Business at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
