Kimberly Young has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kimberly started their career at ESAB Welding and Cutting, where they held multiple customer service roles from 1995 to 2012. Kimberly then worked as an Account Executive at Adams Outdoor Advertising from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group as a Simpli Fi Nurse Recruiter and later moved to SimpliFi Managed Services, where they first served as a Senior Client Relationship Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Client Strategy. In 2017, they also took on the role of Business Owner at Extreme Cheer and Tumble, overseeing marketing, office management, and staff responsibilities.
Kimberly Young's education history begins with their graduation from Hartsville High School in 1993 with a Diploma. Kimberly then attended Francis Marion University from 1996 to 2005, earning a Business Degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Francis Marion University from 2000 to 2005, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2011, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to study Organizational Leadership, and in 2012, they transferred to the University of Colorado Denver to pursue a degree in Business Leadership, which they completed in 2013.
