Ken Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and positions. Ken currently holds the role of VP Strategic Initiatives at Simplify, where they lead multiple departments and disciplines to develop and implement unbiased solutions that drive savings and improve service. Ken also serves as an Executive Coordinator for Simplify's largest clients and coordinates strategic projects to enhance the company's capabilities. Prior to joining Simplify, Ken worked as the VP Client Services for the same company, where they successfully grew and retained revenue with 180 clients and managed telecom contracts with major carriers.

Before their tenure at Simplify, Ken served as the COO of WoodsEdge, a faith-based organization, where they led a 3X growth and created a cohesive organizational structure. At Compaq, they held various management positions, including Product Marketing, Pricing, and Business Planning. In these roles, they maximized revenue, margins, and market share through their business, product, financial, and marketing expertise.

Ken's early career involved working at Exxon as a Financial Analyst. Ken was recruited through a highly selective process and achieved strong career advancement rankings. In this role, they conducted in-depth financial analysis for various areas of the business, enabling leaders to improve performance and advance key corporate initiatives.

Ken Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Houston. Ken attended this institution from 1983 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at Pennsylvania State University. Ken attended Pennsylvania State University from 1989 to 1991.
