Cassie Kennedy

Cassie Kennedy has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Cassie started their career at Specialized Card Svc as a Risk Representative before moving to Household Credit Services, where they held various positions, including Associate, Unit Manager, and Trainer. Cassie then joined HSBC as a Unit Manager, where they oversaw quality monitoring teams and employee engagement programs. Capital One acquired HSBC, and Cassie continued their career there as Principal Process Manager. In 2015, they joined DocuTAP as a Project Manager and later became a Senior Project Manager. After the merger between DocuTAP and Practice Velocity, they became the PMO Director and then the PMO Executive Director. Currently, Cassie is working at Experity as the Director of Operations and Integrations and the VP of Project Management, responsible for leading cross-functional projects and setting standards for business process management.

Cassie Kennedy earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Dakota from 1997 to 2001. Cassie also holds additional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Acuity Institute in 2018, ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2015, and Business Process Management from Capital One in 2014.
