Fiona Ho

Fiona Ho is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Simplify Asset Management. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Strategic Programs at Spring Education Group from January 2016 to December 2020. Fiona has also worked as a Vice President of Account Management at PIMCO from January 2010 to December 2016 and as a Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2008 to December 2010. Fiona's experience also includes working as a Vice President of Project Management at SmartStream Technologies from January 2004 to December 2006 and as a Team Lead of Client Services at SS&C Technologies from January 2000 to December 2003.

Fiona Ho completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Wharton School. Fiona then went on to earn their M.A. in Mathematics Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Fiona Ho completed their undergraduate studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, earning a B.S. in Mathematics. Fiona also holds a certification from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Fiona Ho reports to Paul Kim, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Brian Kelleher - Chief Revenue Officer, Peter Van Amson - Head of Risk Management, and John Ryu - Chief Financial Officer.
