Lujia (Lucas) Lin is an experienced finance professional with expertise in strategy, client experience, and product management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as SVP and Head of QIS Strategy at Simplify since April 2024, Lujia has previously held roles at Securitize as Director of Broker Dealer Strategy and Special Projects, where Lujia also directed Customer Success. At Palico, Lujia was integral in establishing the Client Experience department and optimizing post-sales client journeys for PE/VC firms. Lujia's background includes experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Lujia structured interest rate derivatives, and PIMCO, focusing on product management for bond funds. Lujia holds an MBA from INSEAD and dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
