Dhanesh C. has a diverse and extensive work experience, starting in 2006 as an Article Assistant at Bal Bathia and Co., Chartered Accountants, where they focused on statutory audits, tax audits, income tax filings, and financial accounting. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Manager - Audit and Assurance at KPMG (B S R & Co.), handling statutory audits, tax audits, group audits, limited reviews, and quarterly reporting.

Following this, Dhanesh joined Quick Heal Technologies Limited in 2011 as a Finance Controller, responsible for managing IT security solutions and serving millions of customers across various countries. In 2014, they moved on to Sokrati, a digital ad technology and analytics firm, where they served as an Asst. Director - Finance, working with leading companies like eBay, M&S, Snapdeal, and OLA.

In 2018, Dhanesh became the Chief Financial Officer at Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd., overseeing finance, legal, and secretarial functions. Dhanesh played a key role in securing Series C funding and venture debt, as well as identifying and onboarding strategic investors for establishing a new line of business in the OTC space.

In 2019, Dhanesh joined Merkle as the Vice President Finance and Deputy CFO CxM India, where they were responsible for post-acquisition integration and transition to Dentsu, leading multiple departments including finance, legal, HR, people, operations, and IT migration.

Most recently, in 2022, Dhanesh joined Simplify Healthcare as the Vice President - Global Finance, Operations, PMO, and Compliance, bringing their vast experience to the company.

Dhanesh C. pursued their education in a chronological order. From 2003 to 2009, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a focus in Accounts and Finance. Concurrently, from 2003 to 2006, they also attended Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Furthermore, from 2007 to 2010, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and earned a degree in Company Secretaryship, focusing on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
