Shraddha Bhagawati started their work experience in 2020 as a Business Development Executive at Credenca Data Solutions Private Limited. Shraddha then worked as a Student Intern at UNIQUE INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING PVT. LTD. In 2021, they were a Social Media Analyst at WEM APAC. In 2022, they worked as a Jr. Business Analyst at Mplussoft Technologies before joining Simplify Healthcare as a Business Analyst.

Shraddha Bhagawati completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business analytics from the same university from 2019 to 2021.
