Vinay Nadig has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. From 2022, they serve as the Chief Strategy Officer at Simplify Healthcare. Prior to that, they were a Partner at First Quadrant Advisory from 2020 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in the firm's executive leadership team and was responsible for practice P&L.

From 2016 to 2020, Vinay worked as the Divisional Vice President at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. During their tenure, they successfully increased sales operations volume by 20% without additional staff growth and implemented operational improvements resulting in cycle time enhancements between 12% and 49%. Vinay'steam engagement score was an impressive 94%.

Before that, from 2011 to 2015, Vinay served as an Executive Advisor at Business Strategy Consulting & Enterprise Transformation. In this role, they delivered large-scale transformation initiatives with a combined spend of over $1 billion for clients such as HCSC, UBS, Morgan Stanley, AT&T, Xerox, and various Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations.

Vinay also held the position of Principal, Head of Healthcare Domain Consulting at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets from 2010 to 2011. During their tenure, they achieved a five-fold increase in new sales within the first year and led the healthcare management consulting practice.

Starting in 1994, Vinay was the Co-Founder & Principal of Value Core Consulting, Inc. Vinay played a crucial role in the growth and success of this CRM Strategy & Implementation services firm and oversaw new account generation and implementation management, building the technology consulting practice from the ground up. The company was eventually acquired by Headstrong.

Vinay Nadig has a strong educational background with a focus on business and engineering. Vinay earned a Postgraduate Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 1991. Vinay'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Jayachamarajendra College Of Engineering, which they completed in 1986. In addition to their formal education, Vinay Nadig has pursued further certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Vinay became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM in January 2021. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship 4: Financing and Profitability from Wharton Online. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed a certification in Managing Data Analysis from The Johns Hopkins University.
