Akshay Kaushik

Akshay Kaushik is a seasoned UX Designer with extensive experience in leading design teams and managing client-facing projects. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at SimplifyVMS since August 2023, Akshay focuses on user-centric solutions for recruitment and employee work-life management. Previous roles include heading the design department at Centilytics, where responsibilities included daily design improvements and establishing design guidelines, as well as working at Athancare on various product designs. Akshay's early career involved positions at PegaLogics, Aura Interiors, Tasty Tiffin, and as a freelancer, contributing to UI/UX design, graphics, and branding across several sectors. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Hindustan Institute of Technology and Management.
