Kosha Shah has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kosha started their career in 2010 as an Account Manager at M/S Sagar Twisters, where they worked until 2012. After that, they joined Datamatics Financial Services Ltd as a Senior Executive from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they became a Key Account Manager at Regenesys Management, where they stayed until 2016.

In 2017, Kosha joined Simplilearn as a Business Manager and later took on the role of Senior Manager | Enterprise Business, responsible for Account Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management. Kosha successfully achieved the annual revenue target by more than 100% for the financial year 2017-2018. In July 2020, they were promoted to the position of Associate Director | Enterprise Business.
