Shivam Raj

Shivam Raj has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Shivam started their career in 2015 as a Category Management Associate at Tolexo.com and worked there until 2016. Following that, they joined DCGpac as an Account Management Specialist and worked there from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Shivam joined Bizongo as a Territory Manager, Customer Success and later became the Manager, Customer Success. Shivam worked at Bizongo until 2021. Currently, Shivam is working at Simplilearn as the Sr. Customer Success Manager, EMEA, having joined in 2021.

Shivam Raj completed their Engineer's Degree in the field of study not specified at the Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2011 to 2015. Shivam then pursued a PGDM degree at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Shivam obtained a certification in Business Analytics from Simplilearn in July 2021.
