Craig Burger

Craig Burger is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in managing QA teams and developing robust testing frameworks. Currently serving as a Software QA Manager for Apps at SimpliSafe since April 2019, Craig has effectively overseen app product migrations and implemented comprehensive test plans. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at GTxcel, where responsibilities included managing budgets, collaborating with various teams to define product releases, and transitioning systems to AWS. Craig's earlier experience includes roles as a Software QA Engineer and E-Mail Services Coordinator at GTxcel, as well as account and sales management positions at EchoMail Inc. and Bristol Studios. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
