Dominique Brown

Dominique Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer loyalty and service operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Loyalty Operations at SimpliSafe since October 2020. Prior roles at SimpliSafe include positions as Loyalty Operations Manager and Customer Loyalty Supervisor, where strong leadership and operational skills were developed. Prior to SimpliSafe, Dominique held various customer service roles at WorldStrides from October 2016 to October 2020, including Customer Experience Supervisor and Customer Service Team Lead. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Strayer University, completed in May 2023, and attended Piedmont Virginia Community College.
