Kristen Dailey Holoien

Kristen Dailey Holoien is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Vice President of People Strategy, Programs, and Operations at SimpliSafe since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at Foundation Medicine, including People Strategy Leader and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on engineering, technology, and data products. Kristen's earlier experience includes roles at Sonos, Inc., where responsibilities spanned global marketing and go-to-market strategies, as well as a position as Senior Employee Experience Specialist at The Boston Beer Company. Kristen began a career in HR at Monitor Deloitte, specifically in campus recruiting, after which Monitor Group was acquired by Deloitte Consulting. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree with dual majors in Economics and Political Science from Syracuse University.
