Lalit Mahadeshwar

Lalit Mahadeshwar is an industry veteran in the technology field of enabling e-commerce business transformations, having over 20 years of experience as both an industry executive and entrepreneur. Lalit started their career as the EDP Manager at Videocon International Ltd in 1991, where they were responsible for all IT activities and instrumental in managing five major public issues of equities. In 1994, they became the Project Manager at Procter & Gamble India Ltd, where they achived major milestones by revamping the product and completing the customization process. In 1995, they joined IBM Global Services as a Technical Lead for Migration, and was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems for 48 telecos from Canada to Argentina. Lalit also designed an automated tool for data migration for enterprises using newly introduced pointer to pointer architecture for iSeries machines. Lalit then joined IBM New Zealand as a Technical Lead, and later joined CT Communications and Frontier Communications as a Vendor. In 2017, they became the Managing Director at Iritech Technology India Pvt Ltd, where they achieved UIDAI and STQC certification of iritech devices for iris authentication. In 2019, they became the CEO, Digital Architect and Strategist at Elintor Inc, and in 2021 they became the CTO and Business Strategy at Simpliworks.

Lalit Mahadeshwar has completed a Certification in Marketing from The Wharton School in the field of Business Fundamentals, as well as SAP Hybris E-commerce Business Model in the field of E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce.
