Cathy Crites

Cathy Crites, CPA, CMA, serves as the Director of Finance Strategy & Innovation at J.R. Simplot Company since October 2003, providing financial analysis, guidance, and recommendations for the Retail Sales segment. Previously, Cathy held positions including Director of Business Partnering, FP&A for McDonald's, where responsibilities involved liaising between Finance and various Business functions, and Director of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing strategic financial planning across the organization. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Accounting Manager, leading cost accounting functions, and holding roles at Solutia Inc. and Monsanto Company focused on financial and cost accounting. Cathy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho and furthered education at Boise State University and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
