Marta Shevchuk has a diverse work experience in the call center industry. Marta started their career at ARCE contact center in 2016, where they held roles such as Support Specialist, Quality Control Specialist, and Team Lead. Their responsibilities included managing and monitoring the performance of operators, maintaining records of working hours, ensuring labor discipline, and handling customer complaints and appeals. Marta worked on multiple projects and improved their Russian language skills during this time. In 2021, Marta joined Simply Contact as the Head of the regional structural unit, where they are responsible for overseeing technical capabilities, office operations, and ensuring the proper provision of resources and equipment. Marta also serves as a Team Lead, showcasing their leadership skills and experience in the call center industry.

Marta Shevchuk's education history includes attending Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) from 2017 to 2020. Marta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in the restaurant, hotel, and tourism business.
