Property Management, Maintenance Hub Manager at Mynd Management, and Renovation Project Manager at Opendoor. Guild has a proven track record in project management, vendor relations, and establishing national operating procedures that surpass profit expectations. With an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University, Guild combines strong educational credentials with a vast amount of hands-on experience in construction, renovations, and maintenance management.
