Jo Sayer

Jo Sayer currently serves as the Head of Communications, Public Affairs and Policy at Simplyhealth since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jo was with Sport England from May 2017 to March 2023, initially as the Head of Press and later as the Strategic Lead for Communications. Jo also held the position of Head of Communications (interim) and Digital Consultant at Rethink Mental Illness from April 2016 to January 2017. Earlier in the career, Jo worked at News UK as a TV writer and online showbiz and news journalist for The Sun from June 2011 to January 2016. Jo holds a degree in History, Modern History from the University of Bristol, earned between 2002 and 2005.
