Laura Pearce

Laura Pearce is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Director of Commercial Finance at Simplyhealth since February 2022. In this role, Laura leads a team of finance professionals and strategists, focusing on the development and implementation of the group's long-term strategic and financial plans. Previously, Laura held the position of Finance Director - Legal Entity Reporting at Quilter from October 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included driving finance optimization and overseeing reporting for over 70 legal entities. Laura's earlier experience at Ageas Insurance Limited encompassed various roles, including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Head of Financial Operations, Business Performance Manager, and Finance Business Partner, leading teams and providing critical financial insight in a dynamic insurance environment. Laura is an alumnus of Itchen College.
