Mark Hoadley

Mark Hoadley is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure and technical support. Currently serving as Senior Infrastructure Lead and Head of IT Systems at Simplyhealth since February 2015, Mark specializes in 3rd Line Infrastructure and Strategy, with a focus on project engagement and the implementation of the Forcepoint Web Proxy solution. Prior to this role, Mark was a Technical Specialist for St. James’s Place Wealth Management, providing support for 5000 users, and at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, leading a domain migration for 8000 end-users. Mark's extensive career also includes a position as European Technical Support at Barclays, where face-to-face and remote support was provided, as well as experience as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter at NFU Mutual and a Trainee Accountant at Jacksons of Basingstoke. Mark's educational background includes degrees in management accounting from Southampton Institute of Higher Education and a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance from Cricklade College.
