Tracy Dunley-Owen

Tracy Dunley-Owen is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Simplyhealth. Tracy has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tracy began their career at KPMG, where they trained as a manager. Tracy then spent three years at Old Mutual, where they were a Programme Director for Solvency II and Workstream Lead for iCRaFT, Solvency II. Tracy also served as an Operations Executive for the company. After Old Mutual, they spent seven months as CFO Protection Partners EMEA at Swiss Re. Tracy then spent three years as Group Chief Accountant and Solvency II Programme Director at Guardian Financial Services. Prior to their current role, they served as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at Women's Investment Portfolio Holdings Limited for over 13 years.
