Anupam Rathore is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently, as a Lead Product Designer at Simpplr since May 2025, Anupam oversees various product areas and engages with key stakeholders to advocate for design integration. Previously, at Mindtickle from August 2019 to April 2025, Anupam led design efforts for new product development, mentored junior designers, and facilitated the procurement of critical tools to align business and design needs.
