Katy Byrne currently serves as the APAC Implementation Coordinator at Simpro Software, where responsibilities include onboarding new customers, processing cases, scheduling implementations, and managing service resource data in the CRM, all while prioritizing customer communication for successful adoption. Previously, Katy worked as a Recruitment Resourcer at empire group, a leading recruitment firm specializing in legal, governance, risk, compliance, and technology sectors. Katy also has experience as an Office Administrative Assistant at SABE Services Group, focusing on office administration and data entry tasks. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Korean Language from The University of Queensland and is pursuing a Certificate IV in TESOL from LTi Tesol.
