Katherine Sweeney

Katherine (Kate) Sweeney is currently working as the Head of Department - Clinical Negligence at Simpson Millar Solicitors since February 2022. Prior to this, Katherine (Kate) served as the Director of the Injury Practice Area at MASS from October 2013 to March 2022. With a background in law, Kate previously held the position of Partner and Head of the Personal Injury Department at Stephensons LLP from January 1994 to February 2022. Katherine (Kate) also has experience as a Partner at Stephensons Solicitors LLP and as a Regional Coordinator for the Motor Accident Solicitors Society. Kate's educational background includes an LLB (Hons) in Law from Northumbria University.
