Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) that specializes in providing program management, project management, construction management and project controls services.  Simpson & Simpson originated as a Certified Public Accounting firm in 1976 and developed its management consulting practice after the 1994 Northridge, CA earthquake.  In 2001, Simpson & Simpson moved its management consulting practice into a separate corporate entity, Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting, Inc.

The Project Management team at Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to specified deadlines and budgets. Comprised of roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Construction Project Coordinator, the team ensures seamless coordination between various stakeholders, manages resources, and mitigates risks to deliver successful project outcomes for their clients.
