Jessica Murillo has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Jessica started their career in 2001 as a Training Coordinator at CEMEX Inc, where they were responsible for conducting training needs analysis, developing training materials, and evaluating training progress. In 2008, they joined CEVA Logistics as a Training & Development Analyst, administering the company's Learning Management System and creating custom e-Learning content. Jessica then moved to The Brock Group in 2010, where they held various roles including Sr. Training & Development Analyst, Manager of Talent Management System, and Learning Manager. In these roles, they managed training projects, developed e-learning programs, and implemented a cloud-based Learning Management System. Currently, they are working at Simpson Strong-Tie as a Cornerstone OnDemand Software Product Lead, overseeing the implementation and day-to-day operations of Cornerstone's Learning Management System. With their extensive experience in HR systems administration and training management, Jessica has been instrumental in driving organizational learning and development initiatives throughout their career.
Jessica Murillo obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Houston-Downtown from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Cornerstone Recruiting Administrator Specialist Certification and Cornerstone Learning Administrator Specialist Certification from Cornerstone OnDemand in October 2018. Jessica also completed the Project Management Development Program from San Jacinto College in 2018 and obtained the Cornerstone System Administrator Practitioner Certification from Cornerstone OnDemand in 2017.
