Ann Bjornstad

Ann Bjornstad has extensive experience in legal recruiting, currently serving as the Director of Legal Recruiting at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ann held the position of Director of Legal Recruiting at Milbank LLP from July 2016 to December 2021 and also served as the Associate Director of Global Legal Recruiting there. Ann's career began at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where various roles included Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting, Senior Manager of Recruiting & Administration, Manager of Legal Recruiting & Professional Development, Assistant Manager of Legal Recruiting, Coordinator of Legal Recruiting, and Assistant in Legal Recruiting from March 2007 to July 2016. Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Northwestern University in 2005.
