Jacob Durkin

Jacob Durkin is an experienced legal professional specializing in leveraged and acquisition finance and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on advising financial institutions and private investment funds. Currently a Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since February 2020, Jacob previously held key positions at Proskauer Rose LLP and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where Jacob contributed to their private credit and global leveraged finance groups, respectively. Jacob's career includes significant roles at Ashurst and Clifford Chance LLP, where Jacob gained comprehensive expertise in international finance and banking. Jacob holds a BA (Hons) in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.
