Pasco Struhs is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since October 2017, Pasco has built a distinguished career that includes founding Aschettino Struhs LLP, where Pasco practiced from July 2011 to October 2017, and co-founding Struhs Law PC in 2010. Prior to these roles, Pasco accumulated significant expertise over 18 years at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a Senior Associate, providing legal counsel on various employee benefits matters. Pasco earned a Juris Doctor from The American University, Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
