Richard Jamgochian

Richard Jamgochian serves as Senior Counsel for Antitrust and Competition at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since July 2014, where expertise includes advising on antitrust issues related to mergers, counseling clients through merger reviews, and handling criminal cartel investigations and private antitrust litigation. Prior to this role, Jamgochian was an Antitrust and Competition Associate at Fried Frank from September 2008 to July 2014 and worked as a Paralegal in the Networks and Technology Section of the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division from July 2003 to August 2005. Richard Jamgochian holds a JD and an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law School, a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College, and studied War Studies at King's College London.
