Mark Speight is the Director of Operations at Simpson Travel, bringing strong operational and leadership credentials from the travel, event, and start-up sectors. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Yacht Week and Head of Operations at Day 8 Experience Ltd, where they contributed to the organization’s growth and resilience during challenging times. Mark's earlier experience includes various leadership roles in the British Army, where they excelled in operations and project management. They hold a PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner certification and graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
