Russ Allerton

Russ joined the company in 1994 as a Quantity Surveyor and became Commercial Director in 2000 and is now a member of the Strategic Board of Directors.

Since joining at the time of the senior management buy-out, Russ has headed up and more recently supported the Quantity Surveying department.

Previously, Russ took a leading role in many of the key client accounts, developing and maintaining successful working relationships, with the responsibility for many of the most technically complex projects, on both a design and build and traditional basis.

Russ is now part of the Pre-Construction department where his knowledge of both fit-out and construction projects supports the development of thorough, compliant tender submissions and providing cost information and contract advice to help mitigate potential risks to the project programme.
